MICROCHANNELING
Microchanneling is a non-invasive beauty treatment which stimulates our skins natural ability to rejuvenate itself via controlled micro-injuries that are infused with potent anti inflammatory ingredients which hydrate the skin and promote scarless healing; Similar to the treatments popular predecessor, Microneedling. In a Microchanneling session an ampule filled with nourishing ingredients is capped with a lid that houses tiny pins that act as syringes; When pressed to the skin they penetrate .25mm, just barely beyond its surface, feeding the epidermis with collagen building ingredients that nourish, brighten and plump the complexion in hand while causing the breakdown and natural proliferation of the outer layer over the following few days; Unveiling visibly healthier skin
Microchanneling is often confused for Microneedling however these treatments definitely share as many differences as they do similarities. The main differences are their application methods and severity of side effects. The needle tipped ampules used in Microchanneling deliver ingredients into the skin via a shallow stamping technique that yields virtually no pain and minimal injury to the skin, sometimes leaving behind minor pinkless that lasts a few hours but requires no downtime whereas Microneedling uses a handheld device that repetitively stamps the skin at depths up to 2.5mm which can be uncomfortable to sit through but also results in redness, petechiae ( - a form of hickey-like bruising ) and sometimes dryness or scaling ( downtime )
Ultimately Microchanneling and Microneedling are both great treatments; They refine large pores, improve skin texture, soften lines, lighten pigmentation and fade scars. However Microchanneling leaves skin plump, rosey and glowing whereas Microneedling leaves one red, bruised and swollen ... If you don't have prominent imperfections Microchanneling is a great preventive or anti aging treatment; If you have a more afflicted complexion, consider Microneedling. Both services utilize growth factors, collagen peptides and stem cells to aid in recovery, enhance results, diminish and prevent further signs of aging, you can't go wrong
Microchanneling is safe for all ages, skin types and tones however they can't be performed on individuals with active pustular acne, if you have pustular acne, please consider another treatment
Microchanneling is $250 | 1 hour ( includes a Facial )
