Yes, the face is a very reactive and delicate area; All clients must have their skin assessed and observed for sensitives to essential oils, enzymes, acids & common plant extracts prior to any service or skincare purchase
Returning clients can book a complimentary "Follow Up" consultation with or without service time to discuss their new goals and set a plan in motion or get serviced immediately after the follow up
No, skincare purchases require a scheduled pickup time. Please reach out or go to the booking menu, select "skincare pickup" and you'll see available times when Harley can hand over your items between clients.
This establishment does NOT offer refunds for any reason but in some circumstances an exchange may be allowed but not always. Reach out if you're experiencing issues with any items purchased at this facility
