Policy

To cancel or reschedule find the link found in the sites drop down menu then create a password with the email used to book, proceed with logging in and you'll be able to manage any scheduled appointments. Please don't contact reach out to cancel or reschedule unless for some reason you’re unable to do so online. Arrive 10 minutes or more late you may be asked to reschedule and charged a $50 fee. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours will result in a $50 fee, consultation deposits do not cover this fee (-the additional service time needs to be compensated). Consultation deposits are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 24 hour notice. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours forfeits your deposit. Consultation cost is not applied toward service or product costs. 3% surcharge added for customers paying with debit or credit cards to cover transaction costs - Bring cash or pay with Zelle to avoid the fee. ** Discontinue use of any exfoliating items at least 72 hours prior to any service **
