To cancel or reschedule find the link found in the sites drop down menu then create a password with the email used to book, proceed with logging in and you'll be able to manage any scheduled appointments. Please don't contact reach out to cancel or reschedule unless for some reason you’re unable to do so online. Consultation deposits are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 24 hour notice. Arrive 10 minutes or more late you may be asked to reschedule and charged an additional $50 to hold another appointment time. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours will result in a forfeit of the deposit; Appointments within 24 hours can not be rescheduled without paying another deposit.
